Mobile connector

Updated Nov 4, 2026 Based on Salesforce docs updated 2026-08-27

The Mobile connector brings in-app engagement and profile data — screens viewed, taps, logins — from iOS, Android, Flutter and React Native apps into Data 360 using the Unified Mobile SDK. Use it if you want to personalize a mobile app the way the Website connector personalizes a web page; most of the setup happens with your app developers.

Set it up

  1. Mobile handover checklist — what your app developers need to add the Unified Mobile SDK across iOS, Android, Flutter and React Native.
  2. Configure the mobile schema — map the engagement and profile data your app sends to the data model objects Data 360 stores.
