Enable Data 360 and Personalization

Data 360 (Data Cloud) is the customer data platform Personalization runs on natively, so turn it on first, then reach Personalization’s Setup area where the rest of this guide’s configuration happens.

Enable Data 360

1. From Setup, search for and open Data Cloud Setup.
2. Follow the prompts to enable Data 360 for your org.
3. Confirm the Allows user access Data 360 permission is available to assign.

Open Personalization Setup

1. From Setup, open Personalization Setup.
2. Confirm you can see the Foundational Setup, Data Graph Defaults and Use Case Setup tabs.
