Give an Agentforce agent a live Personalization decision by wiring the Get Personalization Decisions Flow action into Agent Builder as an agent action. The agent calls that action mid-conversation and uses the returned decision to tailor what it shows or says.

Wire the decision into an agent action

1. In Agent Builder, create a new agent action and set its source to Flow.
2. Select the Flow built around the Get Personalization Decisions action, and map the personalization point and individual-identifier inputs.
3. Add an instruction telling the agent when to call the action (for example, “before recommending content, check for a personalization decision”).
4. Test the agent in a conversation and confirm it uses the returned decision content in its reply.
