Connect the Salesforce CRM connector (optional)

Updated Nov 7, 2026 Based on Salesforce docs updated 2026-08-27

CRM (Customer Relationship Management) data from Sales or Service Cloud — Accounts, Contacts, and similar records — can enrich personalization alongside your web and mobile events. Connect the Salesforce CRM connector only if your use case needs CRM data (for example, loyalty tier). This builds on Enable Data 360 and Personalization.

Connect CRM

  1. From Data 360 setup, open Connectors and choose Salesforce CRM.
  2. Authorize the connector to access your CRM org.
  3. Choose the CRM objects and fields to bring in, such as Account or Contact.
  4. Run the data stream, then confirm the chosen records land in Data 360.
