Use the Web Personalization Manager

Updated Nov 8, 2026 Based on Salesforce docs reviewed 2026-11-08

The Web Personalization Manager is a point-and-click tool for building on-page personalization directly on your live site — no developer needed for each change. You launch it with a browser bookmarklet, then build, preview and publish the experience in place.

Build, preview, publish

  1. Add the Web Personalization Manager bookmarklet to your browser.
  2. Open your site and launch the manager on the page you’re personalizing.
  3. Build the experience by binding a decision to a content zone.
  4. Preview it against test profiles, then publish when it looks right.
